Web Profile Details

Enter information about the new Web profile and master user account. A valid invoice is required to confirm that you hold an account.

On the second page of your invoice, you account number and invoice number are shown at the top left (A). Licence numbers (B) and corresponding invoiced amounts (C) are shown in the table at the bottom of the page. Sample Invoice

Fields

Web Profile Description
The name of the Web Profile. Enter a name for the new Web Profle.
First Name
The first name of the account owner. A valid entry is up to 20 characters in length.
Last Name
The last name of the account owner. A valid entry is up to 30 characters in length.
E-mail
The e-mail address of the account holder. A valid entry is up to 255 characters in length.
User Name
Name used to identify the user when connecting to Spectrum Direct. A user name must begin with a letter and can contain only letters and numbers. It cannot contain spaces. A valid entry is up to 10 characters in length.
Password
Password used to verify the user to the system. A password must begin with a letter and can contain only letters and numbers. It cannot contain spaces. A valid entry is up to 10 characters in length.
Confirm Password
Re-enter the user password to confirm.
Account Number
Your account number with Industry Canada for radiocommunication licences, including the two-digit district office and nine-digit number that identifies the client or licencee. Type your account number in the two fields to continue.
Invoice Number
Invoice number assigned by the system. The invoice number should be for a valid invoice issued against the account number. Valid range is from 1000001 to 9999999.
Licence Number
Number of the licence that applies to the billed station. Note: Enter only the last seven digits of the licence number shown on your invoice.
Licence Amount
The amount due as shown on the invoice.
