Applications
Lists land mobile applications that you have created in the current Web Profile. Each row on the list is linked to more detailed information for that application.
Use the query form below to find specific applications by reference number, company, date, or status.
To create a new application, use the button provided at the top of the list. If your account has more than one company code associated with it, each company code is provided on the drop-down list. Be careful to select the correct company code when creating a new application; you cannot modify the company code once the application has been created.

- New Application For Company Code
- Select a company code from the drop-down list, then use the Create button to create a new application. The Create Covering Letter page appears so that you can complete the covering letter for the new application. (The name shown next to your company code is taken from one of your accounts in our records, and is provided for your convenience only. Contact your district office if this name should be updated.)
Fields
- Your Reference Number
- Any "subject" or reference number that you would like to use to identify the application. Use this link to access the application. The Application Summary appears, which displays a summary of your covering letter and lists any stations.
- Company Code
- A numeric code that identifies an account holder to Industry Canada. Your account number is a two-digit distict office code followed by this seven-digit company code.
- Processing Office
- The administrative district office responsible for your account and licence application. The district office is identified by the first two digits of your account number.
- Creation Date
- Date generated by the system when the associated record is first saved.
- Application Status Date
- Date that the status of the application was last changed.
- Application Status
- The status of the on-line application.
