Station Details

Shows detailed information for the selected station, and allows you to pass the information back to the main window for editing on the Edit Station page.

Fields

Municipality and Street Address or Site Name

The name of the station location. This may consist of the town name and street address, or the name of the geographic site. Enter the complete or partial station location for the licence you wish to locate.

Licence Status

Processing status of the licence, assigned by the system. Possible statuses are:

• Pending: Not yet authorized.
• Authorized individually: The licence application has been authorized individually, but the system with which it is associated has not yet been authorized in total.
• Authorized, to be billed: The licence application has been authorized, but the billing has not been processed yet.
• Authorized, future effective date: The licence application has been authorized, and the billing has been processed. However, since the effective date is more than two months in the future, the application is in a bring forward state for billing purposes until it is appropriate to issue an invoice.
• Authorized, billed: The licence application has been authorized, and the billing has been processed. The invoice has yet to be paid.
• Authorized, paid/held: The licence application has been authorized, and the invoice has been paid. However, the licence itself has not been printed as it is being held awaiting coordination.
• Active: The licence application has been authorized, billed, paid, and issued.
• Under reconsideration: This status is associated with an active licence for which a modification has been submitted. It is still active, until the change is approved, at which time the modified licence will replace this original license.
• Transferred: The licence has been transferred to another station.
• Cancelled: The licence has been cancelled.

Licence Number

The licence number of a single licence. In the case of a group of mobile licences, the first licence number of the range. Enter the complete seven-digit licence number you wish to locate. NOTE: a partial licence number will not be matched.

Call Sign

The set of letters and numbers that are used for on-air station identification. Enter a complete or partial call sign for the licence you wish to locate.

Latitude

Latitude north of the station's antenna or, for a mobile station, latitude north of the centre of the station's area of operation.

Longitude

Longitude west of the station's antenna or, for a mobile station, longitude west of the centre of the station's area of operation.

Antenna Structure Height Above Ground Level (m)

Height of the antenna supporting structure, above ground level, in metres.

Ground Elevation Above Sea Level (m)

Height of the ground at the location of the antenna, in meters.
