Link Station Call Sign Management

For each new link station, select the call sign. Make sure the link station call sign and location matches one of the licences.

This page lists only new link stations that have not yet been assigned a call sign. When making modifications, those existing link stations are not listed on this page.

A message appears if no new link stations have been entered on this application.

Fields

Station No.

This field is generated automatically by the system when a new station is added to an application. It is a sequential record of the number of stations associated with the application, and cannot be modified.

Call Sign and Location

For the station, shows both the call letters used for on-air station identification, and the name of the station location.

Frequency No.

A number assigned automatically by system when the frequency record is added to the station. The applicant cannot modify it.

Tx (MHz)

Assigned transmit frequency or lower frequency for a band in Mhz.

Rx (MHz)

Assigned receive frequency or lower frequency for a band in MHz.

Link Station No.

This field is generated automatically by the system when a new link station is added to a frequency. It is a sequential record of the number of link stations associated with a frequency, and cannot be modified.

Link Location

The name of the link station location. This may consist of the town name and street address, or the name of the geographic site.

Link Call Sign

From the drop-down list, select the licence record number and call sign of the link station.

For GPS Active Repeaters select "Other" in the Link Station Call Sign field.

Save button

Click to save the modifications to the call sign record. You will be prompted if any required information is missing or incomplete.

Cancel button

Click to discard the changes you have entered on the form without saving them, and return to the previous page.
